We are preparing at the moment for a transition, it will be a change in tone and a change of focus.
 
We will over the next few years have a strong inner sense of a ‘quest for individuality;’  not in the old 1970’s sense of being an individual, not “I, Me and My” but on a deeper level - its about identity, and the expansion of your soul.
 
Essentially, it is about developing more your IAM, your IAMness.  And really feeling the sacredness of Self;  and through this having more and deeper connection with others, including animals, and all that is.  This is the counter-balance to the digital age where we are all in danger of losing any real connection, soul connection, to others and Nature.
 
This can be challenging, birthing a new self, especially for those who may hold on too strongly to who they think they are.  We are usually much more than we think we are.
 
Who are you if you peel away a few outer layers?  It can be exciting.  It can also be explosive, things erupting from within when you least expect them.
 
Using the ‘IAM’ mantra, particularly when you find yourself ‘off-centre’ or when life is challenging, will bring you instantly back to yourself.  It is also good to start your day, on waking, with saying ‘IAM.’
 
IAM brings you back to your core, your essential self, and because your IAM is part of your divine self, it must be expressed with respect.
 
Using this mantra energizes within you your own IAMness, which is beautifully empowering, and adds delicacy to your heart.  Also at this time you can expect sudden revelations on the mind level.

We are having a New Moon in Taurus on tomorrow and this particular one has extra significance because the planet Uranus will also be entering Taurus less than four hours later. Uranus is an outer planet and therefore it does not change signs as frequently as the planets that orbit closer to the Sun. The last time Uranus changed signs was in 2010-2011.

Taurus season began on April 19th/20th, however New Moons can amp up the way we work with the energies of that sign, in some cases in a new way. With Uranus also going in there at the same time, it really emphasizes this but will also have a long term effect. Taurus is about values, worth, the material world, senses, money, food/substances, security, beauty, and nature. As an Earth sign, it is physical, practical, and realistic. Taurus is thorough and also likes stability and routine. It is sort like a rock; slow, grounded, and solid.

Uranus will begin to influence things associated with Taurus. It is revolutionary, technological, innovative, renovative, futuristic, scientific, unconventional, metaphysical, surprising, awakening, liberating, and insightful. It can also be rebellious, disruptive, and can trigger separations. It rules sudden unexpected events, accidents, and natural disasters. Uranus being an unstable planet can potentially disrupt, yet revolutionize, things associated with the stability craving sign of Taurus.

The volcanic eruption in Hawaii is a clear manifestation of Uranus transitioning signs. It began with Uranus at the end Aries which is a Fire sign. Lava is a combined Aries/Taurus energy because it is fiery rock. After the lava cools off it actually solidifies into hard rock which is more Taurean. The last time Uranus changed signs was when the Fukushima incident happened. The Earthquake in the ocean initiated when Uranus was in the last hours of Pisces which rules oceans. Focus on the New Moon energy on Monday night. This New Moon is very potent and powerful. It comes with a robustness similar to an eclipse and is a marker for great change, the preview of which could be manifested through some major earth event or events.
We have seen this beginning to happen with earthquakes and volcanic activity in various parts of the world, all related to the earth. Watch for your own internal earth event that may feel like an inner earthquake, shifting all of your priorities and values around. This new moon is both difficult and exalted with potential for great inspiration that comes with the freedom you may experience following challenging choices you have made or are in the process of making. 
While stepping forward into new territory through your choices and realigning values, it is also important to bring in the quality of beauty and inspiration into the equation. Nurture yourselves in some way and have some fun despite the chaos that you may feel around you. It cannot be focused hard work all of the time. You will reap many more benefits if you take some time to smell the roses along the way and do something for yourself that represents self-care with a bit of luxury like going to a fine restaurant for a meal or treating yourself to a massage. And if you are in the process of purging the old, bring in something new that is an upgrade in the area of beauty and inspiration.

New Moon is a big day for Taurus! Yes, the Moon and Sun conjunct here, and at the moment of New Moon reset, Uranus is still in Aries at 29º59’ (hanging on by a fingernail so we get some last minute wisdom from Aries).  More significantly, some three hours later, Uranus changes signs moving into Taurus for seven years.  Uranus, that bringer of disruption, change, revolution, and innovation, was last in Taurus in 1935 ~ the birth of Social Security and a time of big adjustments on the material plane for many.
